Let me see if I have this straight.

A McCain Campaign office has a poster comparing Obama to horrendous figures like Hitler and Mussolini - and also mocks youth voters - in plain view for who knows how long, yet the Chairman is surprised and "speechless"? And his solution is to move the person behind it to another office to keep working for the campaign?

Way to tamp down the crazy rhetoric...

Of those 5 people, 3 are Communists. It becomes indisputable to anyone who knows any history that soft Communism is clearly the message of the Obama Campaign. Particularly the recent clear emergence of the message to Joe the Plumber, "I'm taking your money you earned through hard work, and giving it to some lazy bum who has been living off of the welfare system and has no desire to get off of it." This is how 3rd world countries end up 3rd world countries. Through policies that create dictators.

I'm sorry, Pam, but this man is at least a Communist. Which gives him enormous potential to be a 3rd World Dictator. And this also makes him a traitor to American Liberty.

Ron Paul

I have to call all self-proclaimed Libertarians out on the mat. There is a lot of talk about Ron Paul (a Republican to begin with) being "the man for the job". The only problem is, he's not running anymore. People are just opting to write him in.

Now, anyone know reads this blog knows I am not for being bullied by the two-party system and voting for the same old thing again for the 100th year in a row. However, voting for someone who's not running is mindless, and as dumb as writing in Mickey Mouse.

If Libertarians cannot unite on a principle as basic as agreeing on our candidate, how do we expect the country to trust us to run "the big show"? There is no arguing that Ron Paul was a strong candidate. However, the fact is, he's not running. Bob Barr is.

We need to unite. We must unite. Stop giving your vote to a non-sequitur.

So What If Obama Is Muslim?

So what if Obama was Arab or Muslim? So what if John McCain was Arab or Muslim? Would it matter?

When did that become a disqualifier for higher office in our country? When did Arab and Muslim become dirty words? The equivalent of dishonorable or radical?

Whenever this gets raised, the implication is that there is something wrong with being an Arab-American or a Muslim. And the media is complicit here, too.

Ok, let's play this game with Campbell.

Let's assume she forgot that on 9/11 an enemy we couldn't weed out of a crowd of people if we wanted to killed 2,740 people. Let's also assume she forgot that these men claimed to be men of faith, and part of Islam. Most Americans didn't know who was friend and who was foe and we still can't weed them out very well. Let's also assume she forgot that Barack Obama refused access to his birth certificate conveinantly located in Hawaii, one of 2 states where such a document is not a matter of public record.

Muslim scholars teach that Muslims should be truthful to each other.

There are two forms of lying to non-believers that are permitted under certain circumstances, taqiyya and kitman. One of those circumstances is to gain the trust of non-believers in order to draw out their vulnerability and defeat them.

So, if Obama, who's name is rather Islamic, IS in fact a Muslim, Islamic teaching permits him to "lie to the infidel" in order to gain our trust with the ultimate goal being to defeat. Conveinantly, leftys either are oblivious to this fact, are in denial of it's exsistance, or they know it and it's part of the agenda. All 3 are bad.

However, it is the opinion of .12 Gauge that Barack Obama is more likely a Communist than a Jihading Muslim and will usher in either the onset of Soft Communism or The North American Union, given our understanding of Biblical Prophecy. And yes, we do read it.

Bailout Earmarks Means Other Choices May Be Better

While crafting a bill intended to rescue the U.S. economy this week, lawmakers couldn't stop themselves from adding billions of dollars in tax breaks that have little to do with restoring confidence in financial markets.

Senators quietly tucked a number of earmarks into the tax package of the 451-page bill that was passed Wednesday night and is expected to be put to a vote in the House today: a $2 million tax benefit for makers of wooden arrows for children; a $100 million tax break to benefit auto racetrack owners; $192 million in rebates on excise taxes for the Puerto Rican and Virgin Islands rum industry; $148 million in tax relief for U.S. wool fabric producers; and a $49 million tax benefit for fishermen and other plaintiffs who sued over the 1989 tanker Exxon Valdez spill.

Many of the tax breaks were put in place years ago and were set to expire. But their inclusion is complicating efforts in the House to pass an economic rescue plan; an earlier attempt failed Monday. Several House Republicans railed on Thursday against the pork-packed bailout bill.

Having an Earmark on a bill intended to stop a faltering economy is like spending money hand over fist when you know damn well your checking account is seriously overdrawn. Yet America continues to insist on voting for a two-party system, a system that as continuously screwed them for the last 100 years.

McCain or Obama. The choices given are like electing a stay of execution between 2 choices even though 12 more exist: You want to face the firing squad or be beheaded? 3 of your 12 choices?
