Logistics Companies Anything But Logical.

I can't help but notice the swerving 18 wheeler in front of me in traffic at 4:30 in the morning trying to make that ludecrous time frame he's been given by his employer. So many Americans are ready to pin the blame on the driver himself for pushing his abilities way too far, but in all honesty, he doesn't have a choice. Logistics companies are anything but compassionate. It takes you 3 days to get to New Orleans from Michigan? Well, you got 77 hours. No room for error.

Should you blow it, fall asleep at the wheel, break down or something else that depletes your amount of time, well, it's your fault.

This is disgusting. Drivers are not paid nearly enough to have ridiculous time constraints with no room for error - human or otherwise - added into the equation. Sure, AVT Logistics in Bumville, TN will argue they figure in 20 seconds for every 20 miles or some stupid figure, but is that really enough? Yeah, anything but logical, folks.
